If you have a flair for organising events, or are passionate about raising money for important causes, becoming a Community Champion may be the role for you! In order to help us expand our exciting range of fundraising activities, we are looking to recruit a number of dedicated volunteers.
This is a voluntary opportunity and you will be supported to take part in fundraising activities in your own time. As a guide we anticipate the role would involve no more than a couple of hours per month, however it will be up to the individual what time they can give us.
As a Fundraising Champion you will be a vital part of the Blythe House team. You are likely to work with a range of people in this role, so good communication and team work is vital. Previous fundraising experience is not required.

We would love to welcome more volunteers through our doors, whether this be:
- baking a cake for our coffee mornings (3rd Friday of every month)
- knitting / crafting
- public speaking
- events assistant (pre event, post event and on the day of the event!)
- data entry
- collection tin replacements in your local area
- social media management
- storytelling and writing
If you’re able to lend a hand with any of these volunteer roles, we would love to hear from you!
