- Registration closes on Tuesday 6th January 2026 at 11.59pm. Trees registered after this date will not be collected.
- Tree(s) won’t be collected unless all Christmas tree decorations (including the stand/base) are removed.
- Tree(s) must be left outside the registered address, in a clearly visible and accessible location, by 8am on Thursday 8th January 2026. Collections will take place during daylight hours on 8th, 9th & 10th January. We cannot confirm in advance which day your tree(s) will be collected.
- We have requested that you specify the height of your tree during registration. If your tree is larger than declared we reserve the right not to collect and your donation will be retained by Blythe House Hospice.
- Artificial trees won’t be collected and collections are only applicable to REAL Christmas trees. If your tree is over 8ft we kindly ask that you please cut it down before collection.
- Blythe House Hospice will contact you about your treecycle collection using the telephone and email details provided.
- You consent to Blythe House Hospice securely sharing your address details with the 3rd party corporate partners and volunteers assisting us with the treecycle collections.
- The Blythe House Hospice Treecycle only collects from the following postcode areas: SK22, SK23, SK17, S33, S32, DE45, DE4 2, DE4 3. If you provide a collection address outside of these areas then the collection will not be able to go ahead and your collection will be cancelled.
- Every effort will be made to collect your tree between Friday 8th and Saturday 10th January 2026. If we are faced with inclement weather conditions that we deem will put the safety of our volunteers and staff at risk we will attempt to reschedule the collection to the next available day and this will be communicated to you by email.
- All donations received are voluntary in nature and not payment for services.
