Sharing your hospice story

Our hospice stories help us to raise awareness of our care and services, and in turn, to raise vital funds to help keep them running.

Your story may be shared by different means including via our website, social media, in the literature that we distribute (e.g. leaflets) and in the local media.

You will have to fill out a media consent form to give your approval of sharing your story – and nothing will be published without your prior approval.

We recommend that you have a conversation(s) with your loved ones before you agree to take part, so that they are aware of your reasons and know who to contact, should they wish to, in the future for anything relating to the use of your story.
