Supporting local patients with life-limiting illnesses
If you are caring for a family member of friend, we are here for you. We recognise how difficult it is to care for a loved one who has a life-limiting illness. Our carers 1:1 or small group support provides a safe, relaxed environment where you can share problems, concerns or experiences with our knowledgeable team or with others in a similar situation.

How can I be referred?
Any health care professional can refer you or you can fill out your own self referral form. Simply visit our Blythe House website to complete a referral form or email us at bhhreferrals@nhs.net.
What happens once I have been referred?
We will contact you via telephone to discuss your referral and sign you onto the support group.
