Corporate Fundraising
There are many ways to support Blythe House Hospice through your business or workplace.
The support of local and national businesses is very important to us at Blythe House Hospice.
In return, supporting a local hospice charity can bring a whole host of benefits to your organisation including employee motivation and retention, commitment to corporate social responsibility and demonstrating that you are a compassionate employer who cares about the community in which it operates.
We hold a number of high-profile events each year including our Jingle Bell Jog, Christmas Treecycle and Chatsworth 10k. Opportunities include headline or partial sponsorship in exchange for promotional benefits for your business.
Employees can make a monthly donation to Blythe House Hospice through the payroll giving scheme. This provides us with a sustainable income to fund our service.
Engage your workforce in a team building initiative or sign a team up to one of our events.
See the bottom of this page for different ways that staff groups are fundraising for Blythe House Hospice at the moment.
We really appreciate gifts in kind as this lowers our expenditure. Donating refreshments or equipment for events – or laptops and healthcare equipment for our services – are just a few examples.
A wonderful way of motivating your staff. Show your support for their fundraising efforts by matching the money they have raised and donating to their chosen charity.
The charitable element of a company can be the cornerstone of its brand, showing the world that they are ethical and trustworthy.
Aligning your business with Blythe House Hospice can benefit your company on many levels, it can demonstrate to clients, customers, and business partners that the organisation and its leadership team are dedicated to supporting charitable causes in the communities in which they operate.
Participating in employer sponsored activities, allows employees the opportunity to take a step away from their day to day roles, whilst feeling that they are making a lasting difference to a worthy cause. They contribute to a positive employee experience.
When raising money together employees can partner across divisions and work in team environments outside of their direct work groups.
Charitable activities provide a sense of belonging and connects you to a powerful network of like-minded business owners that could benefit your business relationships into the future.
The Business Club is designed to bring together local well-respected businesses as one, to focus on supporting your local hospice charity. By joining our Business Club, your company can help us to ensure that we are around for anyone that you know who might need local hospice care in the future.
