At Blythe House Hospice, we recognise the impact of the diagnosis of life-limiting illness and how living with a serious illness affects you as an individual and the people around you.
Specialist nurses at Blythe House Hospice see patients and carers for 1:1 appointments to provide support and advice, help with managing symptoms and provide psychological support. They can liaise with and refer patients/carers on to other internal and external services if needed such as for advice around finances/ benefits, practical help or spiritual needs.
Our nurses aim is to listen, help you identify what matters to you most and to put a plan in place to address your concerns and improve well-being.
